Silver Thread’s first public performance as part of the Early Music concert series at St. James Cathedral.

Join us for a program of early choral classics, with works by Gesualdo, Weelkes, Monteverdi, Janequin, and Gesualdo, alongside selections from Andrew Balfour's 'Nagamo Project', which reimagines the works of Elizabethan Masters — Byrd, Tallis, and Gibbons — by setting their motets to Cree and Ojibway texts.

Early Music at St. James takes place in the superb and intimate acoustics of the St. George Chapel in St. James Cathedral. Admission is pay-what-you-can (suggested donation of $20/$15), and seats are first-come, first-served!
